SHIPPING :

AWäKEN delivers via Courier Guy (South Africa) and UPS, Fedex or DHL (rest of the world). All South African orders are processed within one working day; however, during sales, orders might be delayed due to the extra amount of orders being filled out. AWäKEN offers free shipping on all orders in South Africa.

AWäKEN will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by courier delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Product prices will always be visible on the package insert for tax reasons on all international orders. International shipping is calculated after checkout.

Once orders are sent, they can’t be cancelled and changing your delivery address will no longer be possible. Please ensure to fill out the correct address when checking out.

AWäKEN is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit to us.
